Refund requests are accepted only for orders that have been returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

In the event you want to return your order, you'll need to provide us the following details by email:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for refund
- Your email address
- Details of the payment account where the refund should be deposited.

Please note that Blimburn Seeds will not cover any payment transaction fees.
A 15$ fee will be deducted from the order´s amount representing the order handling expense
The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. If the original payment was made through wire transfer or other methods, please provide the necessary information for us to process the refund.
Our team will evaluate your case and get you back in the next business day with the resolution.
