We guarantee deliveries in the United States, Canada and European Union only. If you do not receive your order, we will resend it.
*Please note that remote territories outside of these countries are not included in the delivery guarantee due to factors beyond our control, such as customs and local regulations.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time we will reship your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and accessible shipping address. To minimize risks, we recommend being available to receive your order or having a secure mailbox.
Carriers are not obligated to notify recipients by phone or email prior to delivery.
Blimburn is not responsable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost/stolen parcels after delivery if they result from incorrect, insecure, or inaccessible address details.
Once the mail carrier updates the shipment status to "Delivered" our delivery guarantee ends.
For other countries:
We cannot guarantee delivery outside the European Union, the United States, and Canada, as each country has its own regulations and procedures. Delays, package retention, returns, or customs-related issues may occur for reasons beyond Blimburn’s control, and Blimburn cannot be held responsible for them.
